Chawal boil krne ke baad ande phaint ke us mein food colour dal dein or jis pateele mein apne chawal tyar krne us main thora oil dal krr use garamkren or phaintey hve ande us oil mein dal de or snde ko fry krn or jitne mote chunks rkhne wese use toor lein or anda tryar ho jay to use ek plate main nikal lein.
  5. Phir usi pateele main 1/2 cup oil daal kar gajren fry krn do min baad pyaaz shimla mirch or sabaz mirchn kati hoi daal dein or do mint bhunen.
  6. Phir us mein tmaam masale add kar dein or sauces,sirka add kar dein or use achi trhan mix karein.
  7. Phir us main chickn add kar dein or do min bhun'ne ke baad boil kiye hve chawal add karein or use achi trhaan mix karein or adha cup pani add karein or 8 se 10 min ke liye dum lgaa dein phir nikaal ke dish out karein yummy yummy rice.
