- Arrange the toppings on dal paste..
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves too and pizza seasoning. Gently press the topping into the moonglet with the back of a spatula..
- Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes or until one side is cooked..
- Gently flip the moonglet and spoon oil/butter on the sides..
- Now flip it again and add cheese slices and grated cheese. Start melting..
- Remove from heat sprinkle chat masala on it..
- Transfer into plate and serve with chutney of your choice.
