- Make a ball of the mixture and make a hole in it to add aloo bhaja and close the hole. Now dip the ball in corn flour slurry(1 part corn flour mixed with 4 parts water) then coat the ball with bread crumbs.Make sure you are doing double coats of layering. While you are doing this,heat oil for deep frying. Add the balls to fry untill it’s golden brown and then remove it. Repeat this step with as many balls you want to make.
