First take a big bowl, mix maida,samolina melon seeds, fennel seeds, cardmom powder..in lukewarm milk dissolve powder sugar and make semi liquid batter with all ingredients By pouring sugar-milk solution slowly slowly ocasionally..make sure no lumps should be formed..give a rest of 15 minutes to set the better.
